Women Empowerment

In this program we work with women who live in slum area and comes from Below Poverty line families outskirts of Jaipur,in the desert state of Rajasthan. With the overall aim to educate and provide training for women who live in slums, and those who come from BPL (Below Poverty Line) families.  Every day girls and women come to our center and here we teach them formal and informal education provide them vocational training etc

We provide training in many of the areas that these women will likely find work. We organize stitching, drawing henna and cooking classes for these girls and women so with the help of these skills even start their own business so in near future they are not depend on their husband or Men.

Shrestha emphasize on women empowerment & we are running program to train Household women for the following:

• To work individually & in groups to work & help each other.
• Giving education on Health & nutrition for children.
• Educating women so that the complete family could be benefited & children could be motivated for going to school.
