Budget for Construction a Day Care cum Education Center for Slum Children

As everyone know we are run our center in the basement in a Rented house but now the owner create problems so at this time we really need some urgent support for children. We run our center in the middle of slum area and we phase many problems so if you are with us please help and support us so we can build our own Center for children and give them back their childhood. So please  support us

We Have:- 4730 Euro           Our Goal: 18672 Euro             We need :- 13942 Euro

Land Cost: 5,20,000 Rupees (720 Sq.Ft) in Euro 7172

So on an average near about 9.96 Euro one sq.ft

Construction Cost: For the moment we want to construct Ground floor for children.

Cost- 1150 rupees per sq.ft with all material just like still, stones, cement, sand and required things etc with labor. So 1150*720 Sq.ft= 828000 rupees and in Euro 11500 so on an average 15.97 Euro per sq.ft

In this we construct one room, one hall, one toilet for girls and one toilet for boys, water tank, electric and water line fittings with material, doors and windows, floor tile in all area.
